Top level of VIP service is provided to our guests with Villa Leo hobby salon of
1500 m2 area, cinema salon, private kitchen and very special SPA.
There is a very special SPA Salon for our guests in our Hotel’s VIP Villa. In
this Salon; Turkish Hamam, sauna, jacuzzi and massage services are provided.
You can always utilize the world famous massages, all types of therapies and
cares from our experienced personnel.

Transfer : Welcoming at the Airport by Guesat Relations, transfer via
luxurious vehicles, beverage service all along the way, Express check - in
processes on the way, direct entrance to the villa, luggage carrying and
assistance for the settlement in the room.
In the Villa : Special butler service, secretariat service, massage
service in the villa, express laundry and dry cleaning, 24 hours room service,
priority for all facilities.

Within your request, all of your luggages are placed in your wardrobe by the
steward. Butler provides complete service for all of your daily needs such as
the ordinance of the wardrop and apparel, washing, ironing, simple repairs, room-shoes-clothes-personal
care, beach and pool services, all feeding and beverage product services; cigar,
newspaper, computer-internet and secretariat, reservation service for in and out
of hotel, special day organizations. According to your request, the steward can
accomodate in the villa or provides continuous communication with you via the
special direct telephone. If you wish, your steward also accompanies you during
the tours outside of the hotel.
In the Hotel : Information desk in the lobby for special needs and daily
need service all day, private sea-shore area and service on the sea-shore,
special pool service, private tenis court, the possiibility of having breakfast,
lunch and dinner in the villa from VIP Restaurant menu, fruit basket every day,
little cookies and quality wine is served.

• Villa guests can have the breakfasts, lunches and dinners of VIP restaurant
on free-of-charge basis.
• They have the priority of reservation in A'la Carte restaurants.
• The special food and special beverage requests of Villa guests, which are not
available in our menus are prepared in our VIP restaurant and served to them in
the place they want being subject to their prior request informations of the
same.
• The options in our hotel menus can be served to villa guests in every hour of
the day and in the places they want.
• Our Villas have a separate room service menu other than the one of the hotel.
• The children of our Villa guests are delivered and taken back from the mini
club by the steward.
• Just like in all all the external location service units, they have the
service priority in all the organizations of the entertainment department.
• Villa guests have the priority of having the services of SPA.
• The suitable SPA services can be provided in the villa with the coordination
of the steward.
• In the direction of Villa guests’ requests, an entertainment full holiday
program can be prepared according to their private hobbies (such as fishing,
painting picture …etc)
