                    How to earn Loyalty points?
                    
- You can earn points for every night you have stayed in Calista Luxury Resort via travel agency / tour operator, online booking or direct reservation.
 - Earn points when sharing your comments on the hotel and your positive experience on the various Internet portals by sending us your review link ([email protected]).
 - Review points are valid only for hotel guests.
 - Loyalty points will be earned only by the person who made a reservation (ie per one person in the room).
 - For every positive online review on the Internet, you earn 50 bonuses.

                    How to spend Loyalty points?
                    
- You can pay up to 50% of the direct booking fee made through the hotel with your points.
 
 - 
                    Convert loyalty points into Loyalty gift vouchers
                    
- If you wish, you can offer some or all of your earned points to your family, friends or colleagues as a holiday gift.
 - As Bonus Owner you can pay the 50 % of the total amount with you bonuses and rest of the amount by your credit card, transfer or cash.
 - Reservations with bonuses can be made only by hotel Call Center Department.

                    General terms
                    
- With your first Calista Luxury Resort hotel reservation, you become a Loyalty program member and subsequently you can gain a permanent guest status.
 - Points cannot be used for group meetings, conferences, football, hotel changes or promotional bookings reservations.
 - Points can not be earned by accommodations with points, group, Conference, Football, Special Price, Complimentary and ÖZKAR Family Price reservations.
 - Loyalty points do not have any cash value. Spend or expired loyalty points cannot be refundable.
 - Loyalty points can not be used with any other Calista discount cards or any other special offers.
 - Extra hotel services cannot be paid for with loyalty points.
 - The bonus validity period is 5 years.
 - Reservations with Bonus points, using Euro Flexible Web Rates.
